Import user emails and auto-enroll in email MFA

Hi - We are wondering if there is a way to auto-enroll our users in the email MFA factor. We have emails for all users, and would like to have them enrolled in the email factor as a secondary factor. We have customers who have employees leave and then they have to contact us to give a new employee access to our application as the previous one left and the MFA was set up to their phone. If we had an email option, they would be able to access the previous employee's email to be able to get in and reset the factors.

@MaryS.60297 (Greatland) as default email is authenticator for recovery. but it also can enable for authentication. Email seem's not safe enough. they can recover the account by their self by email.

Hello @MaryS.60297 (Greatland) Thank you for reacting out to our Community!

Email MFA is auto-enrolled by default when made available to the users. It is the only MFA that can be made available to users as soon as it enabled for the Organisation.

Sorry - I should have specified we are using the Okta Widget to manage authentication into our web application, so not login to Okta itself. I did add email as an authentication method for our MFA policy but it seems users would still need to set it up after logging in as email is not an option on login - only their existing setup MFA methods are (which we currently have Phone, Text, and Google Auth).
