rxprk (rxprk) asked a question.
I have an oktapreview sandbox account that is used for automated tests.
I logged in and reset the password for the admin of the account. Then I realized that that would break CI for a little while, so I should make the change during off hours instead, so I tried changing the password back to the old password. I'm not sure what happened, but after that, I wasn't able to log in with either the new or old password. And since it is the admin account, I have no way to reset the password. Is there some way I can reset the password? I can't even open a ticket without logging in.
Strangely, the tests in the CI environment are still passing. But I can't log in from any browser (nor can my coworkers), and if I run the tests locally, they fail.

Hello @rxprk (rxprk) Thank you for reacting out to our Community!
Since you are no longer able to authenticate to your Okta tenant, I would suggest to reach out to another administrator from your organisation to perform a password reset or any actions that would resolve the login issue. In case you are the only Super Admin, the best route to pursue would be to reach out to the Okta Support team.
