  • Hi @Admina.05254 (Customer) , Thank you for reaching out to the Okta Community!

Just tested the permission page myself and it seems to be running fine on my org.

I would have thought it would perhaps be a browser issue. Curious that API is affected as well.

I would recommend ruling out any environmental issues like network connectivity issues or the device.

Perhaps try switching networks and the device to see if you can still reproduce the behavior.

If my answer helped, remember to mark it as best to increase its visibility for other members of the Okta Community who might have the same questions as you.

    Hope my answer helps!

Hi, thanks for your answer. I tried from different computers, different internet connections, even on different countries, the issue remains.

This happens only when viewing roles on specific users but I couldn't find nothing in common for those who work and those who don't.

      • If you have isolated the issue to just specific users, I would check the logs for any recent changes to their profiles/roles/permissions that might indicate a misconfiguration.

Other than that, I would recommend opening a case to work together with one of our Support Engineers to get to the bottom of this.
