One of the SAML apps we use is bambooHR, working as intended - I can access as myself.
However, I also have need to access bambooHR as another user - this is not a user in okta, rather a user in BHR that is shared for team tasks.
How can I do this?

Hi! Thanks for your question. Are you able to import this user into Okta for use as an Admin/Service Account? Although not recommended, it is sometimes necessary. I would recommend keeping the password safe in something like LastPass or KeePass as well.
That aside, it looks as though BambooHR requires all users to sign-on via SAML once configured. As seen here: How to Configure SAML 2.0 for BambooHR
It does not appear to support a backup login URL so importing the account into Okta may be the best strategy unless they have since allowed this feature.
