    Hi Archana Vinchu ,

    You can resolve this issue by verifying few steps :

    1. Verify that the Salesforce tenant you are using is the developer version, and if it is, then double-check that the login and password you have entered are those of a salesforce administrator.
    2. I hope the Okta ID you are using while configuring provisioning hasn't been used before because that could also result in an error.
    3. Alternatively you can try the option "Use Custom Domain" .
