    Thank you for posting on the Okta community page!

     

    I have done some research regarding the issue that you are facing but unfortunately there might be multiple causes that could lead to this behaviour, therefore, my recommendation would be to check the provisioning settings on Okta’s side to make sure that everything is configured accordingly to your organisation’s needs.

     

    Additionally, if this happens to only certain accounts, I would check to see if there are any differences between a user that does not have this issue and one that does (e.g. termination date).

     

    You could also try to perform a full import to see if the same behaviour occurs and if it does, then this might be an issue with the permissions of the service account used for provisioning.

     

    In addition to the above, if incremental imports worked without any issues in the past, you could try to check if any changes where made before the issue started occurring.
