MFA Usage Report Automation
Currently I cannot find a method to download the MFA Usage Report other than using the Okta Admin UI, manually selecting reports tab, click on "MFA Usage", wait for the email from Okta, then click the link in the email to download the report. This is pretty ridiculous in my opinion. I am told there is currently no API which can grab a complete list of all users and their MFA Usage. Has anyone created a Workflow or some other type of automation which could grab this info and download it to Google Drive, AWS S3, etc? Thanks in advance.
Unfortunately, it does appear that this is the only real way of acquiring such information. You can see the link here at MFA Usage Report
And while I have found that the Okta Workflows functionality is extremely useful for solving complex user lifecycle issues, I do not hold the same opinion for its reporting functionality, but I am open to suggestions otherwise. The primary "GET" features are group memberships, profile information, etc. which obviously does not meet your current request.
I would say what you are requesting here does have real value, to generate these reports via API. I would also suggest you give Okta Ideas a search and potentially put that up as a suggestion for a feature request.
Again, I do hope I am wrong on this assessment, and perhaps someone can correct me, but I believe for now this is the only way to request such a report. I do hope this helps.. thanks!
