Error in API integration while Authenticate with Salesforce.com
When i am trying to authenticate provisioning between OKTA and salesforce using both Password and Security token we are getting error, once i click "Authenticate with salesforce.com" it is redirecting me to https://test.salesforce.com/ and we are getting error in Salesforce, it is giving the below error.
Could you pls look in to this error and can help you to troubleshoot further.

Please verify that the Salesforce tenant you are using is the developer version, and if it is, then double-check that the login and password you have entered are those of a salesforce administrator. I hope the Okta ID you are using while configuring provisioning hasn't been used before because that could also result in an error.
Alternatively you can try the option "Use Custom Domain" .
