Michaell.96818 (Customer) asked a question.

Federation with O365. Does conditional access need to be turned off or exluded within the existing

We encountered and issue with attempting to federate and 2fa Okta policies either getting into a loop or essentially passing through existing MS authentication...

Do we need to disable conditional access within Azure AD? Or is there some additional configuration outside of the default (We followed the guide to the letter and made no specific edits on Okta configuration side.) that needs to be done.

The end state goal is to have Okta handle all user authentication for MS O365 services as a replacement for MS P1 in fact this is the primary reason we're swapping to Okta over MS AZAD...

Thank you for the help.
