I am trying to configure a custom domain using the Okta lets encrypt facility.
After adding the txt record with the value supplied in the wizard, I get a message stating the certificate is issued, but the custom domain status remains in pending?
How do I get insight into what is not working or troubleshoot that process?

@JosephC.41528 (Customer) I meet this issue before. I create case with support. they told me:
The process to deploy an Okta managed certificate relies on the DNS propagation of specific records. After the DNS records become available for Okta, then Okta will go ahead and issue the certificate and deploy it on the edge servers. The actual certificate deployment process can take somewhere between 5-20 minutes.
For some reason the certificate deployment process is failing at times, and this is being investigated internally by our engineering team.
but it still pending after two days. other support told me there are some issue with their system. so if it more then 1 or 2 hour, please create a case with support.
