We have noticed that some of our (Okta A) newly created users are not receiving the invitation email, while the majority do. When checking the logs of Okta B, it shows no signs of an incoming email being bounced or dropped. However, the Okta A (Okta Admin -> Reports -> System Logs) shows a message: "Email delivery failure: dropped."
Please advise what could be the reason.
