Hi,
Currently we created a shared mailbox that we would like to use to only receive emails from okta. Would like to know if there is a way to send a test email to this mailbox from okta?

You should be able to do this by temporary making the account in Okta an admin and to a test e-mail from the test Customised e-mail option. please see article:
