This is probably a conversation that should be had with support but I’m not a customer of Okta so I’m unable to raise a support ticket, emails to support@okta.com get rejected and I couldn't be helped by support on a phone call.
I work as a Systems Architect for CloudPay, our Self-Service system is represented by Okta in the OIN - https://www.okta.com/integrations/cloudpay/. When new customers from Okta onboard with CloudPay, they try to set up a SAML integration with us using the CloudPay app integration. This preconfigured integration does not work for any of our shared customers and we have to ask each customer to set up the CloudPay integration manually.
I think somebody from CloudPay may have set that integration up a long time ago and has since left the company. How can I get access to update it?

When the application has been pushed for OIN it had to be done though an Okta account (most likely a developer account since that is free). In order to have the application modified you would most likely need to do it from the same account. Also once the application has been pushed to be added in the OIN, the person who has done it has been communicating with our engineering team that constructed the app.
That been said, we would recommend to check with your internal team and see what this account could be and who has pushed the app to OIN and move further from there.
