Hello,
I have a query regarding the configuration of the Google Workspace Okta app.
Scenario:
We access Google's reseller consoles in different workspace accounts (we have 7 in total) and we would like to set up SSO and user provisioning in each of these workspace accounts as the workspace accounts are linked to the reseller consoles so users need to be created to access these in each of our 7 Google accounts.
I have configured an app in one of the accounts and the SSO and provisioning worked fine, the issue we have is when the user signs in via Okta they are directed to the link that is selected in the app settings (one must be selected) I added the default relay state in the hope that once the user authenticates it redirects them to the reseller console but unfortunately it doesn't.
The only way I could think to get around it is create two apps per console (14 in total) one for the provisioning and then one for the SSO so it will pick up the default relay state.
Does anyone have any ideas how we can get this working on one app? We basically just need user provisioning, sso and then a redirect to the reseller console link once authentication has completed.

You could try to hide (‘do not display’ option) the main app from the user and maybe try setting up Bookmark apps (https://support.okta.com/help/s/article/How-do-you-create-a-bookmark-app?language=en_US) with an URL that includes the login URL from the main Google app with a relay state of the reseller URLs. Example:
Reseller 1 Bookmark :
https://<subdomain>.okta.com/app/<GoogleAPPName>/exk25vzfgXXXXXXXXXXX/sso/saml%3FRelayState%3Dhttps%3A%2F%2F<Reseller1ConsoleURL>.com%2Fhc
Reseller 2 Bookmark:
https://<subdomain>.okta.com/app/<GoogleAPPName>/exk25vzfgXXXXXXXXXXX/sso/saml%3FRelayState%3Dhttps%3A%2F%2F<Reseller2ConsoleURL>.com%2Fhc
The best solution in your case, I think, will be to open a ticket with Support in order for the Engineers to check out your specific configuration and needs.
