Managing guest users
Hello,
I am wandering to know how can we manage guest users in Okta? because we have externals/outsourcers their emails are not part of our domain, for xample they have their pro emails, gmail, outlook, etc. at the moment I can't invite them as a guest user.
For the communication purpose we invite them to all the google workspace communication groups, so I am wandering to know if there is a way to invite them to their related group at Okta level as guest user then they will be provissioned from Okta to google workspace.

At this time, Okta does not have the ability to have guest users. All users in Okta would be considered the same type. However you can create users that are outside of your domain into Okta.

Also, if Google does not accept users outside of the domain, we would recommend to reach out to their support for additional guidance.

Thank you so much for your reply, concerning google we are able to invite guest users without any problem.
We already integrated GWS with Okta but it provision only users belonging to our domain.
I have been told that we can bring guest user using workflow by calling an API, could you please share with me some Okta offecial documentation about it?
