Integrating Okta, Jira Cloud and OpenLDAP on CentOS/RedHat

Hello,

We are currently investigating the migration of our on-premise Jira-software 8.20.15 to the cloud.

One of the problems is with the user directory. Our users and passwords are stored in an OpenLDAP database

that runs on a linux (CentOS-7) machine. Atlassian suggests using Okta to connect to OpenLDAP.

In the Okta documentation I find mainly instructions to install the Active directory agent (a windows .exe).

Is there anyone with experience connecting Okta to an OpenLDAP directory on a RedHat/CentOS server and connecting the

other side to Jira Cloud? And if so, do you have some pointers on installing and configurating this?

Thanks very much for your time.
