Is there a way to validate from Okta admin if user-enrolled Yubikeys are FIPS complaint?
Yubikeys https://www.yubico.com/products/yubikey-fips/?gclid=EAIaIQobChMI4K7wq-Cr5gIVg5-zCh3UoAjOEAAYASAAEgK1UfD_BwE It does not look like Okta can differentiate in admin interface anywhere if enrolled Yubikey is FIPS or not-FIPS.

Judging by the below article, it seems to be a product limitation. I know the article is not explicitly for your question, but it would explain why you can't validate FIPS compliance.
