Factor Sequencing with Okta OIE

Would Factor Sequencing be available with Okta Identity Engine?

Great question! I actually asked support that same thing not too long ago and this was their response:
"In OIE Factor Sequencing is not supported, but passwordless authentication is.
You cannot specify which factor to use in the sequence BUT you can specify Username + Any 1 Factor. We have a passwordless guide for OIE available here: https://help.okta.com/oie/en-us/Content/Topics/identity-engine/guides/pwa/pwa-main.htm."

We would need to enforce the use of the specific factor (Yubikeys) as secondary auth factor to password. The password authentication has to be successful in order to prompt for Yubikeys.
