Pulling in and mapping the company attribute from AD

Hello -

I've been trying to pull in the company attribute from our on-prem AD environment. I followed the directions on this post, and everything is working aside from it not pulling data. Its displaying "null"

Great resource you have provided and it does appear that it walks you through the proper steps.

What attribute are you pulling in from in AD? Please ensure that you have created a custom attribute in Okta as well. Once you have done that, navigate to your directory and choose to map the attribute. Assuming you have done that, select a user and preview the mapping. Is that where it states it is null? Did you confirm that attribute has a value for that particular user in AD? Any screenshots would help. Thanks!!
