Hi,
We are in process of integration the existing on-prem Jira and Jira Service Desk with Okta SSO. I have followed all the instructions from Okta Configuration Guide: https://saml-doc.okta.com/Provisioning_Docs/Okta_Jira_Authenticator_Configuration_Guide.html.
However, when try to access the Jira Service Desk, it is still showing the login screen. Does anyone have any idea how can get this fixed?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have done some research and I have managed to find the below Atlassian forum that might be helpful:
Additionally, in the below documentation is mentioned that there is a known limitation for Okta authenticator integration with Jira Service Desk where the Okta authenticator cannot be configured to authenticate Customer Portal URLs which might be the cause of why you are seeing this behaviour.
