    Please reach out to an administrator within your organization who can help you reset your password or MFA factor. They are best equipped to understand your org configuration and where the password can be reset, what MFA factors apply in your scenario, if self-service password reset/account unlock is available, etc.

     

    If you are the only administrator in your organization, and self-service options are not available or working for you, I would recommend contacting support for assistance in getting you back into your tenant.
