Cannot get an otka code or push

I am travelling and do not have my phone with me. I am trying to log on to company applications but get the message that I need an otka code or push, but I cant get them as I donr have my phone

    I would agree with @flz9z (flz9z)​ , without what is presumably our only MFA factor, you would not be able to authenticate (by design). SMS & Voice are options, but if you are without a cell phone it appears perhaps email verification is the remaining (best) option. With that said, your org may determine that you can login with just a password for a temporary period (not recommended for security reasons), but that will be for them to determine based on policy.     WebAuthn Authenticator is more convenient, like Windows hello/Mac TouchID/Yubikey.
