Updating all app usernames via api
How can I run this "Update Now" at the application level via API? I don't want to do it at the user level if possible.

Unfortunately, after a review of the Apps API documentation, I could not find anything that referenced this particular capability. I would for sure encourage you to take a look as well, but again, I unfortunately did not see anything that referenced this.
My only idea is that you could use the Update App api call, but Delta updates are not allowed and thus all properties must be specified.
On the other hand, I would encourage you to submit this as a feature request on Okta Ideas so that it could be looked at for a future release in production. Thanks!
