Am using java servlet project without pom.xml file, and our server is jboss 7AS along with that we are using picketlink to redirect okta as idp but we can't be able to redirect from our sp(service provider), I didn't receive helpful recourse from google

I've checked our app catalog and PicketLink is not listed there, which means that if it supports SAML authentication you'll need to leverage the generic SAML Application Integration Wizard, and unfortunately there is no official guide either. As such, we're not aware of what limitations may apply (if any). For example some SAML apps only support SP initiated login flows, others just IDP initiated.
I saw a third-party guide online for it, but we can't vouch for it.
That being said, SAML integrations are pretty straight-forward. All you typically need is to ensure you have the proper URLs from the SP added in Okta and vice-versa.
As for the rest of your integration, my advice would be to reach out to the devforum.okta.com to take advantage of their expertise.
While we'll do our best to answer all of your questions here, this medium is more inclined towards Okta core products.
