How do I add roles as a default attribute in my User (default) profile. Trying to following this guide https://support.okta.com/help/s/article/How-to-add-multivalue-roles-in-SCIM-Cloud-integration?language=en_US and it says the role should be listed. But it isn't for my organization. Requesting help

I've reviewed the article you mentioned and it's not referring to the Okta user profile but to the SCIM Template app's profile. I don't have a Provisioning enabled SCIM app to confirm with but either way you can add attributes by going to your Okta Admin Dashboard → Directories → Profile Editor.
