    If you have blocked your own specific IP, say your home network, then I would recommend attempting to login via VPN or from a mobile device connected via cellular (I.e. 4G/5G) network. From there you should be able to remove configurations from the responsible sign-on policy.

    What @DonF.81354 (Customer)​ said is correct and worst case, if that is not an option for you for whatever reason, you can call the support line and my colleagues should be able to grant you temporary access while you fix it.
