Step 5 for multi domain federated says to click Fetch and Select but it is only returning a single domain.
Okta account has Global Admin.
Also these notes at the top of the KB are not well written, what do they mean?
I cannot find any further info on these:
- Okta Admins need to make sure Condition Access Policy Domain users is excluded for the MFA
- Re-Authenticate Advance API Access if you have not done it in a year
