Hello,
We need to abort Cron Trigger record associated with a user in Salesforce system when Okta workflow is triggered upon the user being deactivate. How do we do that in Okta workflow?

Workflows does not natively support the SFDC's APEX language. It does appear that it "might" be possible to communicate with an external facing SFDC endpoint and send "Wrapped" APEX language to the endpoint to perform an action. The SFDC feature is called "ExecuteAnonymous"

Essentially, you would need to figure out how to reach, authenticate, and pass in the desired values to SFDC. Once that is accomplished / tested / confirmed it is likely possible to implement the process in Workflows by recreating all of the requirements / inputs.
