I am still fighting the workflows.
I have managed to get it working except the user created event is not kicking off the workflow.
I think I have the OAuth Okta API Scopes set correctly:

Would it be possible to please open a Support Ticket with us for us to be able to review the flow and the configuration itself?
Otherwise, it would be rather hard to tell what could be causing this, at the moment,
