VPN Sine in issue through okta verify
Hi,
I am using Android phone and installed okta verify app, Okta logged in successful in Microsoft 365 using okta verify in android phone. But when i was logged in through VPN i couldn't get push notifications from okta verify app in my Android phone. I checked other Android phones with other network numbers and I phone also but i couldn't success
Please suggest solution for getting push notification in my okta very app in Android phones.

My recommendation would be to firstly check the VPN configuration because some VPN policies may block incoming TCP requests associated with OV Push, this resulting in not receiving the push notification. Also, there might be a firewall or web filter issue depending on how your VPN was configured.
Additionally, while connected to the VPN, I would recommend to double check that you have a stable network connection to make sure that this is not affecting the push notification. You could also try to reset your Okta Verify MFA in order to re-enroll your device and try to see if you are receiving the push notification while connected to your VPN.
