Is it possible when you have an AD trust to have Okta master a group in Domain B with Users from Domain A?
I've read around several different document but not been able to figure if this is possible and if so how.

This is possible for all users of a domain, however this is not possible for just a group.
This is possible if you make Domain B profile master in Okta and then Push the users to the Domain A from Okta, but as mentioned this does not apply to groups it is possible for all users of the domain.
