we are trying to use jamf integrated okta . i can't log in to laptop's system with password and okta verify when Authentication policy is <any two factors> . and why can't I find the Sign-on policy configuration. Instead, user authentication ?

I have done some research and I have managed to find the below documentation that seems to be related to your issue. I would recommend to check the steps presented in the article, as a mis-configuration in the authentication policy might be the root cause of the issue.
Additionally, you might not be able to see the Sign On policy configuration if you organisation moved from Okta Classic Engine to Okta Identity Engine since the UI has changed. More information about OIE can be found by accessing the below documentation:
