Hi. Our organization is new to Okta and have an issue when trying to set a temporary password for a user, I get the attached error. It worked fine until a week ago.
How do I troubleshoot or fix this.

Could you please check whether this admin have the right set of privilege to reset the password . Only Super admin ,Org admin , helpdesk admin (only to groups that the admin is allowed to manage) and group admin (only to groups that the admin is allowed to manage). have the privilege to reset the password.
