Give multiple users access to multiple gmail accounts across different organizations
Say I have 3 gmail accounts in 3 different gsuite workspaces:
And i have 2 employees: bob and angela. They have bob@acme.com and angela@acme.com as their okta usernames and work emails.
I want both bob and angela to be able to read and send emails from all 3 gmail addresses listed above. Can okta be configured to do this?
Email delegation here would not be ideal as with gsuite the limitation is that emails can only be delegated within one domain. This would require bob and angela to have 3 different emails when ideally we want them to have one.

I have done some research and I have managed to find the below community post where a few solutions have been provided related to your inquiry:
As mentioned by another customer on the above post, you could create several Google Workspace integrations where the users login information would be for those specific email addresses. This way, a user would have multiple tiles on their dashboard and they will be able to access different accounts through different apps on the Okta side.
