    Thanks for posting on the Okta Community!

     

    In this situation, we recommend removing the email domain and reconfiguring it. Once the 1 TXT and 3 CNAME records are added to your DNS records then propagate the activation moves fairly quickly.

    Good morning Mr. Adrian Hale as you can see in the image I re-registered the email settings at my domain service provider.

    Can you attempt this with two modifications.

     

    1. Connect to a VPN (can be anywhere)
    2. Under Email select Remove domain and configure this again as new

     

    Note I configured this using Namecheap, 1 TXT and 3 CNAME records were required. Namecheap DNS does take a while to update.
