You could leverage Okta Automations where you can deactivate a user if the account meets a certain condition configured for this functionality (e.g. User inactivity in Okta). I have provided below a documentation that contains more information about Automations:

Thank you, but I need another kind of automation.
I need users of a specific group to have their accounts locked in x days after account activation, regardless of whether they are active or not.
We would use it to block external user accounts within 60 days.
Using an Okta Workflow set to run on a nightly schedule would allow you to loop though the users in a given group and look at their activated or created date and take action after x days.
