svcm.93174 (Customer) asked a question.

Integrating Active Directory into a custom domain

I have set up a custom domain in Okta with CNAME redirection. Certificates are up-to-date, active status. Now I want to import credentials from Active Directory, the error "The specified URL does not target any valid Okta domain" comes out. How can I install the agent?

    Hi @svcm.93174 (Customer)

Have you already checked these links for your reference?

Seems to me that something could be missing from your explanation.

Please provide some feedback step by step and data used for AD Agent setup, just in case.

Last, bear in mind that if you need urgent support would be better to file a support case.

    Regards.

Hello @svcm.93174 (Customer) Thank you for reacting out to our Community!

If you are using the custom domain you have setup as the Okta URL for the AD Installation, then that message would be expected behaviour. For the AD Agent installation you need to use your normal Okta URL, and not the Custom Domain URL.
