I am looking into using okta and OIDC for a SSO solution. However, every single sample app and guide in the documentation deals only with signing in existing users. Is there any documentation on how to properly create and provision users? It would help if there was any examples using the go SDK. Thanks!

Apart from @flaviu.vrinceanu1.5628408972654734E12 (Customer Success Service Delivery) input, havbe you checked this API section?
On the other hand, maybe would be useful to check this as well.
Maybe I'm not getting your point, so please feel free to share further info in regards.
