Payment not made

My name is Joana Stoffel. I did a job for you last 22/09 trough the freelancer website, where you would pay me 3000$ as soon as I made a deposit of 220$. This deposit has already been made and I have not received it yet. On top of that, you want me to pay for a $720 card that you never told me about and say that I will only receive the money after I pay, when you sent me an email saying that the $3000 had already been sent and that after 30 or 40 minutes after I made the deposit the money would go into my account. Unfortunately, right now I don't have the money to pay for this card and you don't want to pay me, so I would like you to solve the problem and receive the money for the work I did.
