qyx6o (qyx6o) asked a question.
We are having trouble logging in with the service account and setting up a connection with ServiceNow Knowledge base articles in Okta-enabled Single Sign-On (SSO) environment. According to Microsoft documentation for the connector (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftsearch/servicenow-knowledge-connector) adding login.do to the ServiceNow instance URL supposed to bypass the Okta but this does not work and does not bring up username and password based login.
Is there any documentation on how to setup ServiceNow Knowledge Microsoft Graph connector for Office 365 in OKTA enabled ServiceNow?

Hi, @qyx6o (qyx6o)
Thank you for posting on our Community page!
Adding login.do should prompt redirect to the default website. Please make sure the URL looks like in the example: https://<your-organization-domain>.service-now.com./login.do
There is no specific documentation from Okta’s side on this integration so I strongly suggest you reach out to Microsoft or ServiceNow support for guidance.
Hope this helps!
Thank you for reaching out to our Community and have a great day!
