    Thank you for posting on the Okta community page!

     

    I have done some research and it seems that you could leverage the Event Hooks functionality in order to achieve your use case. Event Hooks can be used to send notifications based on the System Log events, therefore you could use the Deny Push Notification event to deliver a notification.
