Is it still valid that OKTA never expired user's temporary password?

An Okta temporary password never expires, since it's marked as an "expired password" from the start.
Okta will require the user to change their password as soon as they log in using the temporary one.
The temporary password lifetime cannot be controlled, due to the aforementioned behavior.
