    Hi Peter VAN GLABEKE ,

    If you are an admin of your org ,you can unlock the user by the following steps :

    1. In the Admin Console, go to Directory > People.
    2. In the left menu, select Locked Out.
    3. Click a user name in the Person & Username column.
    4. Click More Actions, and then click Unlock Account.

    Additionally, if the above does not do the trick, I would recommend to reach out to your IT/HelpDesk department to unlock your Okta account.
