Okta Tomcat SAML Integration

Good Afternoon,

We are trying to build SSO capability for our legacy Java web app running JSPs on Tomcat. We would like to use Okta as IDP and SAML protocol for enabling SSO on Tomcat (web container). Our web app uses LDAP to authenticate/authorize users. Can someone please provide some detailed steps and open source libraries to build this integration? There were some previous posts on this topic, however the links posted there are non-functional.

Thanks,

Kalyan

    Hi, @dt7lu (dt7lu)

Thank you for posting on our Community page!

I have done some research and found this article to help with more info on the way OKTA works with Java application servers:

Should this not help with your use case, my advice would be to leverage the Okta Developer forums for this type of questions and take advantage of their expertise.

    Hope this helps!
