Hello,
We have some issues with users that try logging in for the first time.
We have users synchronization from Active Directory to OKTA based on OU.
Recently we have started to get complaints of logon failures for newly created users.
In the OKTA errors I can see the following error:
In AD I can see the user has a value in the Display Name attribute.
Would like to understand what might be the reason for the error?
