I am a Super User and I'm trying to update our billing contact on the admin side. I know where to do this, I go through the steps, hit save and the screen goes back to the old billing contact. It won't keep the new contact name and email address. I've tried this multiple times over the last month and I'm just not having any luck. Has anyone experienced this? If so, is there a fix?

I've updated our Okta billing contact information few times over the past 6 months without any issues. Maybe open a support ticket so the issue can be addressed?
