I am looking to find where I can see what courses my users have completed from VILS 360. I can't seem to find an easy way to find this information in Okta or on the VILS 360 site. Any help is greatly appreciated.

While I'm not familiar with VILS 360, assuming that is your training tool that information would be stored there not in Okta. I would suggest contacting the admin of VILS 360 for assistance on how completed courses are accessed.
