When reviewer batch approved/revoked multiple items, the parameters can not be passed correctly. For example, the user A revoked from group A and user B revoked from group B. Then the parameter will be user A from group A, User B from group A. Could you help to fix it? You could refer to Dev env the workflow named "Send customized mail(revoke)"

I am not sure if this would be a bug or not, but my recommendation would be to review the flows and make sure that everything is configured accordingly to your organisation needs.
