We've rolled out Okta in the US but have plans to roll out to a subsidiary in HK/China. We didn't see any issues accessing the site in the POC stages of the plan but we've recently installed the Okta agent on a DC in China and have noticed that it will go offline for periods of time. During the time that we find it offline, we also confirmed that no one can access the Okta portal.
Is anyone experiencing the same issue, or does anyone know if China just started blocking Okta recently?

There should not be any problems from an Okta perspective, as we have customers using Okta. You might want to check the internet access on the AD domains and make sure that everything is running as intended on that side. If possible check with the ISP if there is something blocking Okta.
