All of the examples and samples that I see are oriented towards Web Apps or Mobile apps. No references are made to WinForms or any technology like that. Is it possible? Can you point me to resources?

Thank you for posting on the Okta community page!
I have done some research, but unfortunately I wasn't able to find if using Okta with a C# Winform or C++ Windows Application is currently supported, therefore I would assume that this functionality is not yet implemented.
My advice would be to leverage the Okta Developer forums for this type of questions and take advantage of their expertise.
